Nancy On

Nancy is a mother and entrepreneur, and her approach to real estate is one of both expertise and empathy. She has an intimate knowledge of the South Bay Area, as well as Silicon Valley.

Prior to real estate, she worked as a sales professional at an internationally renowned company. She reached the top 5% in the company, built and trained an organization of over 200 sales reps, and won numerous company awards. She also owned and operated a health spa in Saratoga, CA.

Nancy has experience managing business construction projects, obtaining permits, doing design for house flips, as well as tenant placement and managing investment property.

On days when she's not working, you can find her frequenting local restaurants with her family, playing with her kids at the park, and buying organic produce at the farmer's market.
