Dean Higa

Dean Higa is an investor, author, and developer who has been helping homeowners for more than 20 years. He has listed, purchased, sold, and rehabbed hundreds of properties, either for himself or for his clients. In addition, Dean specializes in helping Seniors transition into Senior Housing and has been the host of popular and successful real estate investor meetups in the Bay Area since 2013. Dean holds a BA in Mathematics from UCLA and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He resides in Santa Clara, CA, with his wife of 28+ years, Judy. In his free time, he participates in missionary and service work in impoverished villages and orphanages in Guatemala. Dean also enjoys fishing and sports.
