These projects include high-rise commercial and residential projects in San Francisco, San Jose, New York, and Los Angeles, as well as office buildings and commercial centers in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and downtown Los Angeles, and hotels and resorts in cities such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Hawaii.
As a consultant to real estate developers, Bill has accumulated extensive experience in the real estate industry and has unique insights into the US national real estate market as well as the regional Bay Area real estate market. At the same time, because of his rich work experience and background, Bill is very good at communicating and negotiating with stakeholders such as buyers and sellers, consultants at all levels, builders, government entities and property management offices, and is familiar with the development process, laws and regulations and tax planning of real estate.
